Tutors! In lieu of a lengthy monthly report, we have pulled most of the “goal achievement” questions off the monthly report and compiled them into this report that you only have to fill out once a quarter. Lessons plans are due semi-annually (March and September). Please refer to this sample lesson plan for ideas, and let the Project Read staff know if you have any questions or need any help.
